About LSG Sky / Sancak Catering  In 1997 LSG Sky Chef started a joint venture with Sancak Catering and is registered as "Sancak Havacılık Hizmetleri A.Ş." The planning and constructing of seven new facilities took place right after the first round of negotiations, Because both partners believed in the necessity and the success of the joint venture.
In 1998 the facilities Istanbul, Ankara, Antalya, Adana, Dalaman, Izmir and Bodrum were opened.
